I have probably ordered at least 15 bottles of miso heat over the last 1-2 years. It's the perfect hot sauce, I put it on everything!!
I can' live without it! I refuse to! I first bought this at a Denver farmer's market as an impulse buy. So glad that I found it again online so I can keep buying. I put it on everything, making it my new pantry staple! Definitely recommend if you like a spicy, salty treat on your humdrum foods.
This is seriously the best sauce for sandwiches, chicken, beef, WHATEVER. I like it better than the green-lid hot sauce!
Love it. Have used it in ramen and it works great as a binding agent for BBQ rubs. Put it on a pork shoulder, then my rub, then smoked it. Amazing.
