Our Story
Chef Curtis Bell was born and raised in Denver and has worked in the food scene in New York and Colorado for the past two decades. In 2019, Curtis catered an interactive ramen party inspired by his travels to Japan and created a spicy paste to accompany the dish. The guests went absolutely wild for this unique condiment, putting it on their charcuterie bites and appetizers, and said that if he jarred it they would buy it by the case. So he did!
