Devilish Deviled Eggs

Looking for a great appetizer for any occasion? Deviled eggs are always a hit! Add that umami kick of MisoHeat, and they become the star of the show! 

MisoHeat Deviled Eggs
6 eggs
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp MisoHeat
1-2 tsp pickle juice
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Paprika to garnish

1. Hard boil eggs. Once cool, peel and half eggs. Scoop yolks into a bowl.
2. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon, MisoHeat and pickle juice, whisk until very smooth. Alternatively, this can be done in a food processor so the mixture is completely smooth. Adjust seasoning.
3. Using a piping bag or ziplock bag, pipe the filling back into halved eggs, top with paprika or a dab of MisoHeat if you’re feeling the heat!
